中國大陸知名女藝人鄭爽因代孕、棄養以及逃漏稅等，遭官方列為劣跡藝人並「永久封殺」，在去年8月鄭爽的所有微博及工作室帳號全都被封鎖，IG也變得非常少更新！
一直到最近鄭爽才分享近況、並自嘲「胖了」，且在8月22日迎來31歲生日，對此，鄭爽難得發出最新近況照，更感性向粉絲表示：「感謝你們為我過生日，謝謝你們從未相信那些流言蜚語。」
鄭爽於31歲生日當天，在IG上發出最新近照，只見鄭爽似乎是頂著素顏入鏡，且抱著愛犬並露出招牌笑容，鄭爽超凍齡的美顏被粉絲大讚：一點都看不出真實年齡～
其實在生日前一天，鄭爽就曾感謝粉絲替她慶生「我真的很感謝你們所有人的努力，感謝你們為我過生日，謝謝你們從未相信那些流言蜚語。」
令人關注的是，鄭爽於2011年與香港導演陳嘉上合作電影《畫壁》，去年鄭爽爆發醜聞後，只有陳嘉上在鄭爽30歲時暖心發文鼓勵，事隔一年，陳嘉上依然在微博祝賀：「不知你近況，但每年的祝福還是不能缺。願你一切安好，前路敞亮。生日快樂。」
